Please Note
We take special care of our pups with anxiety by giving them extra time to relax and taking them slow. Dogs that require more time to be groomed due to age, health conditions or behavioral matters will be charged an additional $15-$35+ due to the additional time and assistance needed.
No Shows, Late and Cancellations
Cancellation within 24 hours (same day) of a scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge and a no call / no show will also result in 50% service charge in order to book another appointment.
In addition, individuals who have multiple reschedules or multiple cancellations may lose their ability to book in the future or be required to pre-pay for their scheduled appointment. Failure to arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment may result in an extra fee. Failure to arrive within 20 minutes of your appointment time is considered a no show and appointment will be rescheduled.
Please provide notice as soon as possible and do not wait for the confirmation text to let us know you need to cancel.
Timing
Since each service is based on each individual dog and their needs, grooming time may vary. We quote and thrive to finish full haircuts within 2-3 hours and bath and tidys within 2 hours. If you have any time constraints please let our staff know with enough notice. Please do not schedule your dog's appointments on days you may have other appointments or time limitations.
We always send a text 15-20 minutes before your pup is ready to go home. Please do not show up before our pick-up text notification. If you show up before pick up time and we are still working on your pup your presence will over excite your dog and this will make grooming with sharp tools dangerous for your dog. We will stop the groom and your pet may not be finished.
